# Shiptron local fixture capture — review candidate

These six screenshots show the **actual local Shiptron dashboard** with a **hand-authored synthetic fixture**. They are not a recording of a Claude agent run, automated QA, or a production release. The base and worktree Git commits are in `manifest.json`. Paired theme states were selected through the dashboard's Appearance setting, and each pair is 1079×524 pixels. The revised annotated diagnostic poster pair is 1600×900.

The browser exposed a real defect: the board can list the spec, and `GET /api/specs/001` returns valid `metadata.name` and `metadata.createdAt`, but the detail page expects these fields at the response root. It renders no title and “Created Invalid Date.” The Files and Diff captures retain that text; it has not been edited out. The Board capture also cuts off part of the horizontally scrollable Review column. These captures are evidence and storyboard material, **not publish-ready changelog media** until the defect and composition are resolved and independently reviewed.

Poster concept: “Review the change.” The revised paired `poster-review-v3-*` files crop the **actual** Diff screenshots, retaining the visible Merge and Discard controls, the observed greeting change, and the defective detail header. Editorial text outside the screenshot identifies the hand-authored synthetic fixture, states that neither control was clicked, and calls out the blank-title/date defect at catalog-card size. The SVGs embed the exact `light-diff.png` and `dark-diff.png` bytes respectively; `rsvg-convert -o poster-review-v3-light.png poster-review-v3-light.svg` and the matching dark command render the PNG pair. The rejected Board and small-label compositions remain in branch history for review but are absent from the publish tree. None of these stills proves agent work, QA, CI, release automation, or a durable run graph. A future Remotion film could animate Board → artifact → worktree diff with clear fixture captions, but it needs a corrected detail UI, fresh matched capture, licensed Cartesia narration, timing/captions, two rendered films, and separate review. Nothing here is linked from the public changelog.

Independent visual/truth review of the original candidate passed fixture provenance and pair integrity but **rejected the original paired posters for publication**: the Board showed mostly empty columns and clipped the Review card, with no visible diff or Merge/Discard controls. A first Diff-view revision (`v2`) fixed the evidence but failed thumbnail readability for its synthetic/bug labels. The `v3` pair uses the single genuine Diff state and large essential qualifiers instead of inventing a combined Board/Detail UI. Independent original-resolution and 384×216 thumbnail review passed the diagnostic-truth gate. The known detail-page defect still blocks describing this as polished release footage; a future capture should fix the API/UI mapping at an approved public test seam, then recapture both themes. This remains **diagnostic synthetic-fixture media**, not the final Shiptron release poster or film.
