# Clipwell September 24 source-update film plan

- **0–2 s, recall:** real light/dark overview picker screenshot or footage;
  identify this as the browser-served web picker with a synthetic fixture.
- **2–7 s, find:** actual themed screen recording types `SAMPLE-ONLY`; the
  flagged row remains masked in the trusted picker. Annotate that actual row,
  without inventing UI or implying a Windows native capture.
- **7–12 s, boundary:** source-backed annotation states that MCP recent/search
  omit flagged items and MCP get-text refuses them; trusted local REST clients
  retain full access. A real MCP response must be captured if visually shown;
  do not fabricate a terminal result.

Use the existing `clipwell/media/changelog/` Remotion composition as the film
source, updated only after this new footage and poster pass review. Licensed
Cartesia narration, listening/timing review, timed captions, and paired light
and dark 12-second renders are still required. The current paired WebMs here
are silent, untrimmed source footage of real picker filtering.
