# Brainstash source-run workflow capture — review candidate

These are actual Chromium pixels from the locally run Brainstash SvelteKit app and Bun API at source base `4b30771`. The search screenshot also includes the staged, factual placeholder change from “Search entries, tags, categories…” to “Search entry titles and content…”; that copy change is not yet on `main`. All content is fictional: a disposable account `sample@brainstash.example.test`, one note titled “Cache notes for a fictional build,” and a reserved `.example.test` source URL. The account and SQLite database existed only under `/var/tmp/brainstash-capture-i17`; no real notes, private source, OAuth token, or uploaded media were used.

The note was created through the app, then its content was edited from “input version” to “input version and parser version.” The app returned the saved entry, FTS5 search for `parser` returned one matching result with a highlighted snippet, and the History page listed Version 1. The History still shows a **collapsed version**; it does not prove the content inside that version or a successful restore. The raw videos show navigation through those real states. They are silent Playwright/Chromium recordings, not narrated or edited Remotion release films.

Capture was made at 1365 × 900 viewport, with localStorage `brainstash-theme` explicitly set to `light` or `dark` before loading each run. PNG screenshots are 1365 × 900; Playwright's VP8 WebM stream is 1364 × 900. Both themes use the same disposable database and entry. API was launched via a temporary wrapper bound to `127.0.0.1:3000`, Vite to `127.0.0.1:5173`; both and Chromium were stopped after capture. The temporary wrapper, account password, local database and browser profile are **not** included in this review branch.

The first raw dark WebM contained a 0.20-second black browser startup. It was trimmed from 0.24 seconds and re-encoded as VP8 video-only, leaving a visible local login page as the first frame. The light WebM already started on that page and was unchanged. These clips remain silent raw interaction studies with different durations, not synchronized final release films.

No hosted Brainstash app, private uploaded media, complete filtered pagination, entry restore, structured backlinks, native mobile app, Cartesia narration, Remotion animation, timed captions or approved poster is demonstrated here. This branch is for independent asset/truth review; do not link these files from a public changelog until review, source publication, media-host byte verification and copy review pass.
